Would you be able to send us some images/a video that shows the Taranis Settlement Pack isn't available for you to purchase in the Animus Store? I've just checked my own Animus store and I was able to find it with the other Settlement Packs.
I recommend using a sharing platform, such as YouTube or Google Drive, to share your media with us. This will allow you to post a shareable link within this thread.
