Thanks for letting me know which other armours are affected with this issue, @saile1004, and for including some images as well! I've let the development team know that you've spotted problems with the shoulders with the following armour sets: Mentor, Saint George, Hidden Ones, Black Raven, Wayland.

If you spot any issues with any other armour sets, please don't hesitate to update this thread so we can take a closer look!

I'm sorry to hear that you've been unable to loot the treasure hoards in Suthsexe and Hamtunscire. To help us to take a closer look at this, would you be able to send us a video which shows the following:

• That you have collected the hoard map clues for the treasures you're trying to find in Suthsexe and Hamtunscire.
• That you are unable to interact to collect the loot in the correct hoard location. Please show us your exact location on the map, and that no prompt is available.

We don't yet have any new updates to share from the development team regarding the investigation into the issues with shoulders of the armour sets you've reported so far (Mentor, Saint George, Hidden Ones). I'd be happy to report the other armour sets you've encountered issues with.

If you can clarify which sets you've spotted graphical issues with, and include any additional images, we'll forward these to the development team for further investigation.

I've merged together a couple of threads that discuss crashes happening consistently during the raid in Meldeburne. I apologise if any ongoing discussions have been disrupted by this merge. Creating a single thread helps us to keep all information and updates from an investigation in one place.

I have forwarded the reports that have been shared with us so far to the development team for further investigation. To help us take a closer look at this issue, can you please provide us with the following information:

• What are your system specs? In particular, we'd like to know your CPU/GPU.
• Where exactly do the crashes in Meldeburne occur? Is it always in the same spot, or random in the area?
• What are your current in-game graphics settings? If you can provide us with an image, this will be very helpful.
