I apologise for the delayed response. I'm sorry to hear that "Slam Master" hasn't unlocked for you after completing all of the flyting challenges. To help us to take a closer look at this, would you be able to show us that you have completed all flyting locations, but that the trophy remains locked. If you have already completed all of the regions, the easiest way to do this would be to show that each region has all of the mysteries completed.
