Thank you very much for the provided screenshots! This seems to be a regional version of the game, which is why you only have 2 language options available. Depending on the region and the store you have access to, only certain versions of the game are available for the respected region.

I checked about a status regarding this, but I was not able to find an issue where the queen wouldn't want to leave. There is a known issue, however, where the queen does not appear. This is still under investigation.

Regrettably we are not able to remove these bans, as they are automated. As you have mentioned that this happens after every last round, could you tell us since when this issue has been occurring for you?
