Apologies for the delay in getting back to you, but I thank you for the provided screenshot! The Progress of your game on Ubisoft Connect and Seam is linked to your Ubisoft Account. Even if you have added the steam version and linked your Steam with the same Ubisoft Account, it will have the same progress and cannot be deleted or reset I'm afraid.

Apologies for the delay in getting back to you. I can confirm that there was an issue in which Sledgehammer and Perfect Sledgehammer Talents stacking when an incendiary grenade is used. This has now been fixed. Could you confirm whether it still applies to yourself when you hit an enemy with it?

Have you made sure you have scanned the entire area in within the DZ East Zonet? As this should allow you to get into it further and also complete the other 2 zones for it to unlock the South Recon Mission.

Usually, once you have completed a mission or manhunt and do not pick up the reward, there is a chance that it can be lost. Have you checked to see if it's in your stache?
