@murqtkrc Sorry I don't understand the issue you are experiencing.

You mentioned that you have killed Goneril. Did you receive the items after killing her? You also mentioned that the icon has disappeared? Please explain this in more detail and also include some screenshots or a video if possible, thanks.

@theeelf I'm sorry to hear that you have not received the 'Taranis Engraved Tree' for your settlement. I have checked your account and I can see the transaction, it also shows that the item is in your inventory.

Can you please provide a video to show that the 'Taranis Engraved Tree' is not appearing in your owned settlement cosmetics.

@eightiesguy1 I'm sorry to hear that you are also experiencing connectivity issues and that the troubleshooting has not helped.

I understand that everyone isn't able to connect their consoles via an ethernet connection, this was only a suggestion if possible to see if it resolves the issue as this resolved it for another player who was experiencing it.

With regards to players experiencing this error code, we have only received a few reports and the development team were unable to reproduce the issue during testing.

@caosck I have looked into this and the total file size should be 88GB.

Can you check the folder 'Uplay_download' to see if there are any files in there. If this is empty then I can only recommend trying to uninstall then reinstall the game. If you decide to do this then please make sure you make a manual backup of your saves.

If the file size is still 100GB after reinstalling the game then please contact support on one of the following support channels and they will look into this further for you:
