Hi @ElectricSquall, thanks for getting in contact and providing this feedback. For clarification, the reason we request our player go through our basic troubleshooting steps and then provide us with their system files is to first rule out most of the more common issues our players may face while playing their games. I understand you may feel this is unnecessary but it does help a lot of our players without needing to get into lengthy technical discussions and an in depth deep dive of their software and hardware configurations.

For clarification, the reason we request our player go through our basic troubleshooting steps and then provide us with their system files is to first rule out most of the more common issues our players may face while playing their games. I understand you may feel this is unnecessary but it does help a lot of our players without needing to get into lengthy technical discussions and an in depth deep dive of their software and hardware configurations.

Hi @trace_coburn, sorry to hear you are still experiencing this issue. Just to rule out any easy fix which may have been overlooked, are you able to click down on your mouse scroll wheel as this is often counted as an additional input?

Please rest assured that while we are not able to provide further information regarding quest tracking at this time, our team is looking into the cause of this and hope to have a resolution as soon as possible.

In the meantime, while we would not be able to promote any 3rd party apps, you can find this information as advised further up this thread. If you have any other applications or guides which may assist out players travelling through Norway, England and beyond, I would recommend creating a separate post in our general forum to share this information without detracting from your support requests.

If so could you provide an image or short video clip showing how this occurs and we will be sure to get this forwarded for further review.
