So we can check this further could I ask if you would be able provide an image showing how your previous quest is displayed in your quest log? Thanks for getting in contact and sorry to hear you have experienced these issues while playing these games, so we can get this looked into would you be able to confirm which version of the Xbox controller you are attempting to use and also whether this is an official Microsoft controller or a 3rd party model? Also, could you confirm whether this occurs during gameplay or only during cutscenes or loading screens.?

Regarding your display issues, I understand you are advising there are similar topics for this query but if possible could you provide an image showing the issue as it appears in these games along with an image showing your graphical settings both in game and on your device?
