Hi all, sorry to hear you are still unable to make these purchases.

As an additional step, you may also need to clear your browser cache in Steam after completing the steps originally posted at the top of this thread.

To do this:
- Navigate to Steam > Settings
- In the Settings Menu find "Web Browser"
- "Delete browser cache" > OK

So we can get this looked into could you confirm whether this happens every time you attempt to join on this map or if it is linked to a specific game mode or operator.?

Also, if you are able to replicate this could we please ask if you would be able to capture a video clip of how this occurs on game

Hi there, you can only request to change your username once every 30 days.

As I can see this was last updated on 10th March you should be able to request to change this again in the next few weeks.

Hi there, thank you for getting in contact and providing this feedback. We are sorry to hear you are experiencing this issue in game.

So we can get this looked into, can you confirm you only experience this crash on this specific map.? Also, does this occur using all operators and in every game mode.?

In the meantime, I would also recommend working through the troubleshooting steps outlined here.

Hi all, sorry to hear you are experiencing this issue launching Anno 1800 from your Epic Games client. So we can get this looked into could we first ask that you ensure your Ubisoft and Epic Games accounts are linked as advised here and also that they are set to the same region.

Thanks for providing this feedback, at this time we do not have an "official" workaround but our team is currently looking into this issue. Please keep an eye here, on our forums and the Anno Union for all future updates and patch notes. Hi there, sorry to hear you have experienced this. We have previously been made aware of a similar issue but believe this was resolved in an update patch earlier last year. So we can get this looked into could you confirm your game files are fully up to date and if possible provide a short video clip or series of screenshots showing how this occurs in game before being ungraciously sent back to the title screen.?

Hi there, so we can get this looked into could you confirm whether you believe you are missing the core game Operators or those which were included in the Year 1 Pass.? While the Ultimate edition should give you access to all post launch Operators, you will still need to unlock the Core / Legacy Operators at 1000 Renown each. You can find more details regarding the contents of each game edition here.

Hi there, sorry to hear you have experienced these issues. I have checked the details you have provided and can see you have an open support ticket to have this investigated. If you watched the Raleigh Majors (or any other for that matter) on the correct Twitch account which is linked to your Ubisoft account, you should have received a notification via Twitch stating which charms you are entitled to. If possible could you provide a screenshot of this to your case as advised in the following guide.

Hi there, thanks for getting back to us and confirming you have been able to get this resolved, but apologies you had to experience this in the first place. We will certainly pass your feedback along for further investigation and while we hope you do not experience this again, if you do could we ask that you attempt to grab an image or short video clip showing that you are not receiving the expected rewards at the end of a match.
