Kicked by BattlEye - "Corrupt Memory #0"


We have started to receive some reports of being kicked by BattlEye with the error "Corrupt Memory #0".

Our Rainbow Six Siege team have been informed and we'll see what we can do. In the meantime, this information should help -

1. Some players have reported that installing the latest Windows Updates resolved their issue

2. There seems to be a conflict currently between BattlEye and MSI Dragon Center, and players have reported their issue was resolved after uninstalling this software. If you don't want to uninstall this software, you could try temporarily disabling it to see if that helps.

Unable to move / Keyboard and mouse changed to controller


Hello everyone!
I have noticed an increase of reports regarding being unable to move, due to your key bindings expecting the use of a controller.
An investigation is ongoing. In the meantime, the following steps should help -


1. Connect then disconnect a controller (if you have one available)

- Quit the game
- Plug in a controller
- Launch the game
- Navigate through the in-game menus
- Unplug / disconnect the controller
- Play a match and your M+KB should now work

This has helped some players however we don't yet have confirmation whether this fixes the issue, or if you will need to do this every time you play.

My second suggestion is to create a new save / profile. This will reset your in-game settings which should resolve your issue, however please note it will also reset your Situations progress & loadouts.

Duplicate Accounts
Creating an extra account is not allowed on these forums and second or further accounts will be removed.
Doing so to get around a temporary ban will also result in a permanent one. Character accounts (i.e. creating a duplicate pretending to be a fictional or real person), or accounts impersonating a Ubi representative, will earn an immediate ban. This also applies to using existing accounts to post lock messages or other actions impersonating a moderator. Ban decisions are also final and not up for discussion.

No bumping
Making short posts made with the sole intention of keeping posts near the top of the forum is called “bumping”. This raises forum traffic and clutter unnecessarily and moves more active threads down the page. As such it is not allowed and may result in the thread being lost and persistent offenders may have their posting privileges removed.

No spamming
Repeatedly posting the same post or topic in a forum, or across multiple forums, is considered spamming. Such posts will be locked, edited or removed. This applies to both written text and image posting which also includes Meme's.

No Trolling
This includes

No Flaming
This includes any kind of personal insult, flame or intimidation. Responding in kind to a flame message is viewed as equally unacceptable, regardless of who started it. Online Safety
We strongly recommend you do not arrange to meet anyone from these forums. Always consult a parent or guardian if appropriate or speak to a Community Manager. You should also not give out personal contact details, including real name, phone number, email or home address. The internet offers numerous social sites that provide blogging, file sharing and message services and are safer than handing out personal contact information. You may wish to investigate these options if you find the forum Personal Message (PM) function does not meet your needs for setting up clans etc.

Hello NotSoHotNoob, thanks for posting.

When did you first notice this pixelated affect, in what Year and Season update?

Does this happen in all of the menu's in-game and do you notice it in the game itself?

Can I also ask you, what graphics driver update are you currently using for your Nvidia/AMD GPU and if you roll back to a previous driver, do the pixels disappear or still remain?

Hello again SirHarryPierce, thanks for reporting the missing Scholar overview in the Finance tab when all islands are selected, I will report this to the Anno team to see if we can reproduce this ourselves and if it affects any other menus.

As for the second issue, would you be able to provide a screenshot where the bars are visible in another tab for context and also let me know what tab you are refferring to in this image? Is is the top centre farmers/workers/artisans tabs by any chance?
