In order to check if this has been reported, are you able to record a video clip of this happening?

Hello RulyTomcat4, thank you for posting.

The message 'Validating Multiplayer Privileges' can sometimes appear when the game is trying to work out which username/gamertag has access to Xbox online and the online functionality of the game.

Do you both have your Xbox set as your Primary/Home console and did you both purchase the digital version of the game, on the consoles where you are currently trying to launch the game?

Hello there Dakhaos1, thank you for getting in contact with us about the sound issue you are experiencing using a headset with the game,

Some of our titles do not make use of all of the audio channels used by modern speaker and headphones, such as 5.1 and 7.1 surround sound affects.

Certain channels such as voice or sound effects, may be hard to hear or be completely missing from the game, if using a modern multi channel audio device or the incorrect setting.

1. First of all, please try selecting different audio formats in your audio devices 'Properties' settings, to help resolve this issue -

-Right click on Sound icon in the task bar and select 'Sounds'
-Choose your current audio device being used
-Navigate to Properties and click on Advanced
-Uncheck the 'Allow applications to take exclusive control of this device' box

Hello Gyronn, thanks for posting and welcome to the forums.

If you purchased the Year 6 edition of the game recently, you will receive Rainbow Six: Siege (base game), All 8 Year 1 Operators, All 8 Year 2 Operators

The Operators are -

YEAR 1 - Frost, Buck, Valkyrie, Blackbeard, Capitao, Caveira, Hibana, and Echo.

YEAR 2 - Mira, Jackal, Ela, Zofia, Ying, Lesion, Dokkaebi and Vigil

Regrettably the upgrade packs and Year passes should no longer be available.

Every purchase of Rainbow Six Siege is stand alone and if you wish to purchase the game with more operators available to you from the start, you will need to make a separate purchase of Deluxe, Gold or Ultimate, thank you.

Hello beneQ802, thank you for your post.

All Operators available in-game will cost the same amount of renown or credits to unlock, no mater what version of the game you own: Standard, Deluxe, Gold, Ultimate.

The only exception to this is, from Year 6 onwards, new operators will be unlocked for free, for players who own the premium Battle Pass.

After a few weeks, these new operators will become available to buy in-game as usual, to players who do not own the premium Battle Pass.

Hello BarackObama.- thanks for posting in the forum.

Unfortunately when leaving a ranked game, for any reason, you will receive an abandonment sanction, we are unable to remove these sanctions for you as they are only handled by the game.

As for the mouse cursor glitch, could you give me some more information on this bug? Can you tell me when does it happen in match, what are you doing and how does it affect you please?

The Ubisoft Connect reward should unlock on your account once you have launched and played the game, which I can see you have recently done.

I have added the skin to your account, please allow 24 hours for it to appear in your PC game.

Hello GreatAnexol thanks for posting.

The error code 0-0x00100608 can be caused by the game updates not fully downloading yet. Can you please make sure the game and the online modes are fully downloaded as well as the additional Ultimate edition content please?

Please navigate to Library > Purchased on your PS4 console, to check the ultimate edition content such as all 38 Year 1 to Year 5 Operators and The Disruptor cosmetic pack is fully downloaded with the game before launching the game.

Hello GX.Bibo, thank you for getting back to us and I appreciate the answers you have given us, thank you for doing that.

I am sorry to hear about these crashes and I know the team have had the mentioned before after prep phase.

In addition to what you have already tried such as verifying files and other troubleshooting steps could I ask you to try the following -

- Update Windows OS to latest version (Windows 10 update currently Update 2009 build 20H2)
- Install game to another Hard Drive or SSD drive preferably, if available. Also try installing the game on the same hard drive as your Windows OS.
- Disable all background software in Task Manager and try a clean boot/restart of PC
- Make sure the game is whitelisted as not a threat in your anti-virus software
- Delete any temporary files by doing a search for the %TEMP% folder
- Re-install any supporting software required for the game such as DirectX, Visual C++ x64 a... Read more
