Hello Mr.50fps, thanks for getting in touch.

Recently I heard that some players GPU software was applying a frame cap on certain games without the player knowing.

If you are using an AMU GPU, could you please check your Catalyst control centre and check the following Vysnc option first -
Catalyst control centre > Gaming > 3D Application Settings > Wait for vertical refresh > Always On

Then disable this. Do you also use a FreeSync option on your monitor? If so please disable this also.

Once you can check this and let me know these details, I will do my best to investigate this further for you.

Hello Serenutty17, it sounds as though you may have an authentication problem, if you have more than one Ubisoft account or are using the wrong login details.

Please gather as much of the following information as possible as this will make it easier to locate your account -

- Ubisoft username
- Ubisoft email address or previous emails you may have used
- Game you are trying to access
- Any linked accounts such as PSN / Gamertags / Steam ID code / Epic ID code

Hello LogmeGamer, thanks for posting and welcome to the forums.

Your routers IP address may not always be accurate to your exact location and often changes slightly, sometimes because of this you may be connected to a different regional datacentre to the one you usually play on.

This can also happen if you use any VPN software.

Hey BlueTiger205, sorry to hear this and sorry for the delay getting back to you.

As we haven't heard anything back, were you able to join a ranked game after restarting your game and computer?

Out of curiosity what region do you play in and how many times or how recently, has this issue effected you?

Hello TGcad, thank you for the update and sharing your experience of this bug, this is very helpful information to know about the scoreboard.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention, we will wait to see if more players get in touch on console with the exact same issue and then add this info to our open investigation. I am happy to hear that the problem seems to have corrected itself, I wonder if this occurred after any of our maintenance? Thanks again for your follow up.

If you are unable to reconnect to a match, please see our server status for any degradation or emergency maintenance at that time - https://rainbow6.ubisoft.com/status/

If you or your friends need to wait longer than 5 minutes for a match we recommend quitting the game and restarting your router to re-establish your connection to our servers, as it shouldn't ideally take longer than 5 minutes to find a game.

Sometimes it may seem like MMR is not given after a match. Either the win failed to sync with our servers, sometimes due to a disconnect or leaving early and sometimes, the game has not updated yet but the MMR has been added our subtracted from your account.

To check your MMR, we would need to know the exact time and date of the match first of all.

The synchronization error has been previously under investigation as there are a few variants and some have been patched in recent updates.

When would you say this mostly affects you, after playing which game mode?

Are you also playing on the Xbox One platform are you playing on and when did you first notice this started affecting you, after which year and season update please? Was it Crimson Heist for you also?

Hello Cheetoplayer69, thank you for getting in touch about this issue too.

Could you check for me that in both your PS4 and PS5, you do not have any trial versions of the game installed or any free weekend versions still installed on your hard drive, as well as save data and if you do, make sure to delete all of these files.

Once you have checked this please let us know you r findings and if you were able to launch the game?

Please also make sure, when downloading the game on your PS4 - you are downloading the PS5 version of the game and not the PS4 version please?

Do you notice your ping counter acting strangely and jumping up and down before you disconnect?

Hey OG_Smittyy thanks for posting.

Which console do you have exactly and have you enabled any performance issues in the settings if using one of the next gen consoles?

The stuttering can also be related to your internet connection as well as hardware.

What I would advise you to do would be some internet connectivity troubleshooting, to see if this is caused by your connection after all -

1. Remove any other devices from your home network
2. Use an Ethernet cable instead of a WIFI connection to the internet, if able

Hello there londonramsey_26, thank you for getting in contact with us about this issue.

First of all, can you please make sure the drive you have the game installed to has enough space on your console to save any future updates of the game.

This issue is caused by a corrupted local save, whilst we have been unable to fix this permanently for players, we can provide a workaround of replacing the corrupted file with a new save, to help stop loadouts resetting after customization.

To resolve this issue, you will need to delete your local save files from your console, whether you ar eplaying on Xbox or PlayStation.

Deleting this file will reset the settings, loadouts and Situation progress, so you will have to set up settings and customisation options.

You will not lose your level, MMR, renown, R6 credits, operators or season pass content.

Do you happen to use a VPN and do you have a static IP address set up for your console in your router? This may help you connect to the MENA servers instead of being redirected to another.

Hello Fiery...,. I am sorry to hear that you received an abandonment sanction for that length of time.

Unfortunately no Ubisoft agent has the ability to remove sanctions. We do not have any tool or ability to do this, as this is solely controlled by the game only.

please also note, an abandonment penalty for 7 days would not be given for a one time offence. You would be banned for 7 days only for multiple disconnects in a short time or if your account was reported for breaking our code of conduct.
