Unfortunately we can not remove temporary abandonment sanctions, as we simply do not have the ability to do this, it is handled solely by the game.

You can check our server status here in case of any maintenance or outages at the time of your disconnection here, in case this is what may have cause your disconnection - https://rainbow6.ubisoft.com/status/

The Fuze loadout reset, that would cause the weapon to use default attachment's, has recently been fixed.

Hello Felix.KAD, welcome to the forums.

Your MMR gets reset at the start of each season, but it can also be reset if you happened to play with a lot of cheaters recently in Ranked who were banned. The MMR will be adjusted for all players so they were not boosted in any capacity.

A 24 hour ban is usually given for multiple disconnections in a short time.

Hello captain_vanny, thank you for the video.

Is this what happens in-game, your match starts to lag and eventually freezes and crashes?
For the crashes you are experiencing, I would recommend the following steps -

- Run the game as administrator via the game's .exe file, right click on the file, select Properties, select Security tab, check to make sure the current PC user has Administrator privilege's for this file

- Update GPU drivers and Windows OS to latest version (Windows 10 update currently Update 21H1) (Windows 11 not currently supported)

- Install game to another Hard Drive or SSD drive preferably, if available. Also try installing the game on a separate hard drive as your Windows OS.

- Verify the game files to fix any corrupt or missing files that may be causing the crashes

- Disable all background software in Task Manager and try a clean boot/restart of PC in case any software is interfering w... Read more

We have passed this information onto our QA team to see if we are able to reproduce this drone issue ourselves too, then hopefully fix.

Hello DoffyBR thank you for your post.

On previous consoles the highest FPS amount you could achieve was 30 to 60 FPS, depending on what console you used. Only on the newer generation of consoles such as XBSX and PS5 is there an option for perfomance mode that can allow you to gain 120FPS in-game - https://www.ubisoft.com/en-gb/help/r...oles/000079837

When your FPS drops, say 60 to 59,58 and back up again, that is perfectly normal as your cpu and other components are trying to keep up the GPU, so fluctuations can happen during play. PC players will experience this also.

Thanks for the feedback GusFring, we are actively trying to remove all boot players from the game with players help as well.

If you do come across one of these players, please use the Report A Player tool in-game, this should flag the players account to us and this information will be passed to our SIege security team, who apply the bans.

If you are trying to link your console account to a Ubisoft account and see this message -

"You need to re associate it with the account you originally linked to"

It means that console account or email account has already been used previously with another alternate Ubisoft account.

To resolve this, please get in touch with us with -
