Hello Friendly.Fyre, thank you for contacting us about your microphone reduced quality when playing SIege.

Would you be able to follow the following troubleshooting steps to see if we can improve this in-game? -

1. First of all can you try lowering the games 'Voice Chat Record Threshold' in the games audio settings to zero, this should allow the mic to be picked up with the slightest sound.

2. Next try changing the audio settings in game from push to talk to open and experiment with the two.

3. Could you next try changing the display options in game to run in borderless window and then full screen mode and see if this makes a difference.

4. Next, can you please make sure you have the correct device set up in Windows and in the games settings to pick up sound - some motherboards use separate audio channels for a device depending on if you have your headphones/mic plugged into the front of your PC or back of your PC.

Hello DetroitResident, thanks for getting in touch with us.

This sounds quite unusual. So to be clear, you do not own all operators yet, but occasionally, mid game between rounds, when the operator selection screen pops up, it will appear as though you have unlocked every operator.

You will then try to exit out of the match but you will see a reconnect message, which then reconnects you to the match you left?

Hello everyone, thank you for your post and sorry for the late reply.

The cross progression planned for PC is only between Stadia, PC and Amazon Luna.

PC will not have cross progression with PlayStation or Xbox, so your progress on PC will remain separate to that on console.

The cross progression between the PlayStation and Xbox consoles will be launched sometime in 2022.

The cross progression features for Xbox and PlayStation consoles are planned for 2022. This features will allow you to use the same inventory (skins renown), progress, and Player Stats across these platforms

Hello EnPro23, thank you for your post.

As far as I am aware the MMR restriction applies to both game modes, ranked and unranked. The restriction for ranked is 700 currently after the Year 6 change, unranked has its restrictions too and takes MMR rating into consideration during matchmaking too.

As for the MMR rank resets every season, the equation is worked out like this >>

2500MMR then + or - half of your MMR difference from last season's rank, between 1500 and 3500.

Hey Mihailtupac, thanks for posting.

If a player can capture, perhaps on their mobile device, them pressing the buttons on a controller then show the reaction on screen this could be very helpful for an investigation.

Other than that, would you all please be able to answer the following questions, whilst we see if anyone is able to capture this on video -

- What console are you playing on?
- What type of controller are you using, official or other?
- Do you have the game installed on your original hard drive or an external USB drive?
- What Year and Season did you notice this started happening?
- Have you made any changes to any of your in-game settings recently?

Hello KellerCPI, thank you for your post.

I have moved this to its own thread, as the thread you replied to was quite old.

Regrettably this issue is caused by a save file that sometimes gets corrupted, we have been unable to fix or control this permanently in-game but it has been under investigation.

In order to restore your skins, you must delete your save profile and reconfigure your loadouts and skins for each player a 2nd time.

The feedback section is answered by our Siege community team, the Player Support section is more so for helping players with account related problems or bugs that appear in the game, that is where Ubisoft Support come in.

In regards to the matchmaking issues you have faced, there should be no more than a 700MMR difference between players with highest and lowest MMR, on your individual team.

Any players who do not fall into this boundary should not be able to be matched together on the same team, in the Ranked game mode when this works correctly.

For players who are matched against higher skilled players, the MMR loss is compensated by the fact that if the lower skilled players go onto win the game, they should win more MMR then usual, as the odds where uneven, this also gives these players the chance to have their skill stat raised, through playing against higher skilled pla... Hello VeryWaxyLamp, thank you for getting in touch with us and I am sorry to see this bug caused you to be sanctioned for 24 hours after repeatedly crashing.

I apologize, we are unable to remove these sanctions. We are investigating this issue crashing issue on Xbox but we have yet to fix this permanently in-game.

Hello samppa10s, thanks for posting and sorry to hear about your ban for disconnecting from a ranked match.

Usually if you were affected by a DDOS attack, you would start rubber banding across the screen whilst your ping counter rapidly jumped up and down, you would then be disconnected.

As you experienced the 2-0x0000C015 error code in particular, would you please try the following troubleshooting steps according to your console to see if it prevents this disconnection from the server from happening again? -

Usually a 24 hour ban is given for more than one disconnection during a ranked match within a 24 hour period. Did you disconnect from another match also?

Unfortunately no Ubisoft agent has the ability to adjust MMR on your account or remove sanctions. We do not have any tool or ability to do this, as this is solely controlled by the game only.

What we can do is offer troubleshooting to help strengthen your connection so you do not disconnect again/as often.

No problem samppa10s, we can hear the issue clearly on the video straight away so no worries about not telling us when it started on the video.

If you do have to submit any videos for future bug you may find, just let us know the time stamp when the issue starts if it is a particularly long clip.

In order to look into this for you, do you have an image from in the game as an example and an image of your video settings on the Xbox One?

Do you believe this is currently affecting your FPS in game, what FPS values did you get before when playing online do remember, or have you checked your ping score for any changes at all recently?

Hello ExCn, I am sorry to hear you have experienced a few issues with this seasons updates so far.

In regards to the lots of problems and bugs, would you like to break down the bugs you have experienced so far and give me a little information, so that I may check if this has been reported to the Siege team?

When you say you have been kicked from the game, is there any particular error code or message you see, as they all have different causes we can check for you.
