Next as you have checked your driver are up to date, can I just make sure that your Windows 10 is fully up to date and so is your GPU as GPU's often have monthly updates -

Check Windows OS manual updates - Select Start > Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update

Hello DdOoUuMm, welcome to the forums.

We know the mouse cursor bug can affect players in a few different ways and can also affect players who use certain mice with certain software running in the background.

Sometimes you will lose all control of the mouse or the Windows cursor will remain on screen.

- First of all, please deactivate discord and any other programs which may use an overlay.

- Secondly, please try not to use Alt and Tab to swap between programs and disable anything other than the game that may be running in the background.

When you lose all control of the mouse, you will need to restart your game.

We are currently investigating a permanent fix but in most instances we have found this occurs usually when the player is using some other conflicting software in the background.

Hello Gotyar, thank you for your question.

If you were to Team Kill by accident, the computer would enable reverse friendly fire, so if you tried to kill another team mate, your weapon would actually injure and kill you instead, if you were to aim and fire at a team mate.

The game will take note of how many times this happens in a match and decide whether to ban you in case this was intentional. You can also be banned temporarily if players report you for these actions using the Report A Player tool in-game.

Hello Overhaul_FRm I am sorry to hear you are having problems launching the game possibly related to BattlEye.

I would advise trying the following -

1. Please make sure Windows has installed its latest updates on your PC? You can check for any pending Windows Updates via -
Select Start > Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update

2. Try to run BattleEye with admin rights. It may appear as BEService or BEService_x64 in your system files and can usually be found in the game's installation folder or in this location -
C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\BattlEye

- Find the BEService or BEService_x64 application file and right click on it
- Select Properties
- Select Compatibility tab
- Check the "Run this program as an administrator" option
- Select Apply then Ok

3. Next, please make sure to also add these specific files to your antivirus whitelist too, whichever antivirus you may be us... Read more

We have an investigation underway into reports of this specific error code 4-0xfff0be25 and what causes them, since they have become more prevalent as of Year 6.

Should this error code appear for you again please tell us in this thread -

- WIred or Wireless connection?
- Region?
- Data centre connected to?
- Date and time of match when this happened?

Hello GardenofEden91 thanks for your input, this is another reason the game won't save customisation options and may reset to default, which we are aware of.

As previously said, we are working to fix all instances that cause this loadout reset, as the cause can be for a number of reasons, which can make finding a permanent resolution a little more complicated. Thank you for your patience.

Thank you to everyone for sharing your experience of this bug.

This issue has affected players for sometime now in the game, whilst we were unable to resolve it permanently, due to being linked to players save files, we can only provide a workaround of deleting your save profile which should temporarily fix the issue.

We have now received more reports that this may happen after an update, after playing an event, in the operator selection screen and other situations too.

We are still investigating a permanent fix and we are currently looking into if certain updates can cause this too. Our QA team will continue looking into recent reports that have been brought to our attention through the forum and social media, thank you for your help.

Hi there Xiled.Praetor, I am sorry to see that you received an abandonment penalty in game.

Did you happen to receive any error message or error codes for a previous match?

Sometimes if you abandoned a match right before it was due to start or if you disconnected from a match in a previous game, the server may take some while to synchronize and has been known to give an abandonment later on in the game.

Did you leave any previous game before it was due to start, get disconnected at any point earlier, receive a warning for any team kill or did you need to rejoin a game in progress after waiting a long time in the matchmaking?

A 24 hour ban is only given for multiple offences.

You should not need an activation code for Siege as the game when purchased from Ubisoft Store, Steam or Epic should be pushed to your account automatically.

Can you please make sure you are logging into each game launcher with the correct Ubisoft details first of all if you have more than one account.

You may also need to delete you Ubisoft Connect cache, you can do that by following this guide - https://www.ubisoft.com/help?article=000061966
