Hello @loganmason, thank you for confirming some of the stats registered after a short delay, but I am sorry to hear about your parcel stat being stuck.

If you check our Ubisoft Connect website, does this match what the PS5 connect overlay siplays? An incorrect parcel stat? Or do these amounts differ at all?

At the moment, we are aware of this very issue of needing to re-enter your credentials when launching certain games and we are currently investigating a fix for this.

Hello everyone, thank you for letting us know of your issues with the cable not being detected after a certain amount of playtime.

To remedy this, would you try these two fixes -

Reinstall the USB driver for the cable -

•  Open the Device Manager.
• Expand the Sound, video and game controllers menu.
• Select the Rocksmith USB Guitar Adapter.
• Choose Action and then Uninstall device.
• Unplug the Real Tone cable from your computer.

Do you know the exact name of the mission you are stuck on in AC3?

What happens when you say you are stuck, does the game freeze preventing you from doing anything, or do you clip into the map or a particular object and become stuck, unable to escape your location?

In addition to this, do you have any video clips of this happening to you in-game?

Are you able to capture a clip as an example for us to view how shadows look in the game for you?
