Hey stevez_pun, if you are having trouble contacting another player via their profile page on the forum, you can always try adding that player to your Ubisoft Connect friends, and starting a chat with them from the Ubisoft Connect launcher if you play on PC. You can also chat whilst in-game using the Connect overlay too.

At the moment, we are aware there is an issue with the 'Send Message' tool on this forum and we are hoping to resolve it soon.

Hello a_frankie thank you for your reply and sorry for the delay.

Some of the trophies on PS5 that have not popped for you, after transferring your save from PS4, will need their conditions met again on PS5.

This means if you have an older autosave from before you completed that particular collectathon challenge, you will need to recollect the last item, to trigger the trophy pop.

Another thing some players have found success with is when a particular trophy does not pop, to stay in-game but disconnect from the internet. When you reconnect to your internet, it re-establishes your connection to the server and can then pops the trophy for you, after a delay.

Some trophies have also been known to be granted, after completing a random side quest as well.

Hello qma1212 thank you for confirming you are using the default firmware for your PS4 Pro console and sorry for the late reply.

The crashes you mention are quite pecuilar with the 3 post sounding beeps and as you have already tried our troubleshooting guide without success, I believe sending us a video would also help us to find a solution for you, as I do not believe this particular issue has been raised to us before for this particular console.

Please send us a video of what happens through our Ubisoft Support website, or alternatively, our social media links and we will assist you further from there, one on one with further technical help. You can make a support case with over these links >

Do you only not gain silver when trading in a stack of 50 Ivory, or does this also affect the other items you can trade-in to Azar, also?

Can I also confirm, where you a lower power level to 466, when you originally were receiving the silver for trade-ins, at the start of the video?

It could be that this is a bug, or it could be this is intended as maybe Azar has ran out of money and has a daily cap for trade in's. Either way, we will investigate this further for you

Hello @virtualawesome thank you for posting about the issue you encountered whilst using Odin Sight nest to a corpse. I have yet to experience this myself as I have yet to unlock the 'Set Trap' ability.

How often do you notice Reda's selection bugs out and changes for you, before it actually should change? Say out of the last 5 times you checked his store, how often was the selection bugged?

Does this affect your daily selection of items, your weekly selection, or both?

As it turns out, for the player who asked earlier in the thread, the Odyssey and Origins photo mode website issue, is something we have become recently aware of, that no photo's are visible to any players and we are hoping to resolve this and bring it back online in the foreseeable future.

Brilliant, thank you for that information. We have passed this information on and have acquired your save file. I can confirm this is also affecting me recently, when I reload my save file on PC, meditating takes away effect.

For the Sister of Sorrow quest, I have not seen this particular issue reported yet, are you able to provide a video of what is happening to you and how the Queen is stuck?

For the Blood Bond quest, we are aware that Barid can become stuck in Ravensthorpe in different locations during the quest, we believe we have a fix in place for this on a future update, but I am unable to confirm when this date will be.

Brilliant, thank you for the reply, thenorfolkian, I have passed this information onto the team about this betting issue, but wanted to make sure I understood your exact workaround, thank you.

It has been confirmed that all drinking games should only pay out once via betting, afterwards no money should be won on the second playthrough of that particular drinking game. The fast travel to another country and back, or reloading a save after winning a bet, is an exploit players can use to win more silver, so hopefully, we will be able to address this soon in a future update.

Can I just make sure, as the video demonstrated showing you changing position on the dock, have you also tried meditating in that spot, then standing completely still for 10 seconds, before trying to access the fishing rod on your hot wheel? Do you still not have the option after trying these steps?
