Not to worry, hunterr12, thank you for providing your workaround and how you proceeded with the quest.

If any other players have an issue with this quest, please interact with the drunken man located in the tavern, as interacting with the document on the table, gives a clue to investigate further and ask another NPC in that location (the drunken man)

Hello @hesitateyou thank you for posting about the Altair outfit. We are aware that some players received the outfit previously already when they redeemed the Godly reward pack, as this pack also gifted the exact same Altair outfit which is currently listed in the Ubisoft Connect rewards.

Did you previously obtain the outfit via the Godly Reward offer and does it appear in your inventory already?

Or, did you not claim this outfit previously, nor can you claim it via Ubisoft Connect rewards?

Thank you for the video @edudenas and sorry to see no update has fixed this in-game for you yet. I guess Axehead didn't enter Valhalla afterall, he is one tough cookie.

If you are able to and have not tried already, can you please use the Atlas to completely travel out of England to another country, have a sleep or meditate, finish another side quest, world event, or mystery quest, then come back to the area where Axehead can be found, to see if he is still standing there?

This issue has been reported before but not in this location, so I have added your video to our investigation, thank you.

I believe it is a bug as you say. If you moved the camera around in the game, did the flying fish disappear temporarily, permanently, or not at all?

Did you happen to encounter this bug again, if you fast travelled out of the area, then returned to the same exact spot?

Hello @peixeswordfish I am sorry to hear you are unable to access the Beowulf quest.

The quests you should have available are >

  • A Fiend out of Hell
  • Prey in the High Hall
  • Ever as Fate Must


If you are unable to find the letter and you have none of these quests available to you in your quest log, can you please try and disable your Ubisoft Connect overlay in the launcher's settings first and switch to offline mode.

Hello SpirantCrayon22 and bielik01, thank you for this information.

We are aware that some items purchased from the Animus Store, redeemed off the Ubisoft Connect rewards, or from DLC purchases, can become available to buy again in Reda's shop.

This can also affect other areas of the game, for example, I have the ultimate edition with the Berserker pack installed, but I am still able to purchase this from Ubisoft Connect for 60 Connect units if I wanted to (this feedback has been passed onto the AC team)

If you find any more examples of owned items, being offered for sale or redemption in Reda's shop or elsewhere, please let us know and we will pass this onto the team.

So just to clarify, you have discovered that fast travelling around England, the game will not allow you to place bets on the drinking games in the locations you mentioned previously, but, if you fast travel out of the country using the Atlas, and then return to these drinking locations, you can once again bet on your drinking games in these locations?

If that is correct, I will happily pass this onto our AC team, to check if this is intended.

Hello @mecatalyst thank you for your post.

Our QA team tested this in-game using the information you provided and confirmed this to be the case, the descriptions/locations in the note/book in the inventory were not accurate, as to where the fish appear in the world.

I am unsure what the AC team's plans are regarding this issue, but when we have any further information, we will do our best to update you in the forum and make a post about this. Thank you for your help and for bringing this to our attention.

Hello @IronSoul27 thank you for getting back to us. I have heard this error code can occur when a player is disconnected from the game or is playing the game in offline mode.

Have you checked your Ubisoft Connect launcher to see that you do not have 'start in offline mode' checked in the launcher's settings, just to be absolutely sure?

What was the last action you completed in-game before talking to Reda if you remember?

Can I also check the date and time when this last affected you in-game, so I may check our server for any outages, and does this happe...

Thank you for the update @krygswyrfer some players let us know that this issue only occurs for them when running Discord in the background, please disable this on start-up, from running in the background, restart your computer, and relaunch the game to see if the cursor and keyboard issue reoccurs for you?

The guide that was shared with you will show you how to perform a clean boot for conflicting software, in this case, Discord.

Please let us know how you get on, after testing this, so we can let our QA team know the results.

If you can let us know your exact model of mouse and keyboard this would be grand, thank you.

Did you move any of your files around to another location when this happened?

Do you also have a case number for when you contacted us I can check, as so far I can only find unrelated cases about a different game on your account?

When it comes to missing content in the game or charms, we are only usually able to investigate this content if you contact us, within a certain time frame.

We can only look into this for Seasons that are either the current season or the previous season.

This charm was given to players for creating/contributing to a bug report on our R6Fix website, this began on the 25th April 2019 until further notice.

However, his charm is added to the player's account from the Dev team directly, and not by Ubisoft Support, so we are unable to add this content ourselves, as Ubisoft Support regrettably, but your case has been acknowledged by the Siege team.

Hello @zexysucks, thank you for your post. Usually, a rank reset will happen at the start of a new season. Sometimes a rank reset will happen if you have previously played a few matches with or against players, who were later identified as cheaters. You will experience an MMR rollback, and then a rank reset if this happened many times.

Hello @NUK3TOWN2025 Thank you for your posts and helpful videos. As you mentioned this only happens to you when playing Siege, I would like to rule out if this is caused by any corrupted game files and audio files.

You can run the verify game tool, to fix sound and other game file issue's like this, it will take quite a few minutes to complete, but it should either repair or replace any bad files.

The crashed in-game can sometimes occur after an update, to resolve this, verifying your game files is usually the easiest fix, though it can take a few minutes to complete.

Sometimes, this can also be caused by a recent driver update and rolling back drivers to a previous GPU driver update, can help single this cause out
