If you set a lower FPS limit, do you still see an FPS spike in the menu?

Additionally, would you be able to test if this still occurs after disabling the MSI software? Sometimes conflicts with other programs can cause problems like this, so I'd just like to see if this may be a factor.

Just to confirm, voice chat always stops working after you are disconnected in-game? If it doesn't happen every time, have you noticed any particular pattern?
