Hi @ruedigercech! I'm sorry to hear you're running into issues with progression in Anno 1800.

Have you always played on this same save file? If not, do the same issues appear on an alternate save?

I think it would also be useful to see a list of your current active quests. Are you only missing the quests mentioned in this post? If not, could you list all of the missing quests that you've noticed?

I'm sorry to hear you ran into this error message. When you closed and rebooted the game, did you see any change in your Battle Pass progress?

If this same message pops up again, I recommend completing some connectivity troubleshooting to help clear up potential conflicts.

If the issue persists and you don't see your Battle Pass progress after restarting the game, please update this thread.

This is display issue that the team is working on fixing. The accurate ban time should be 1400 minutes, or a bit less than 24 hours.

If your ban doesn't run out after 24 hours, please update this thread so we can look into this further.

Could you confirm whether this has affected any of your personal times? Additionally, is this only affecting the Training maps?

I also noticed you mentioned this seemed to fix itself for a few days. When that occurred, did those previously missing times appear in-game? Or did new times appear in-game, then disappear?
