Do you happen to have a save game from before you completed the White Lady of Tamworth mystery? If at all possible I'd like to see if reloading that save, completing that mystery, and coming back to the location later allows you to enter the fortress. If the issue persists or you aren't able to try that, just let me know.

@asterix201252 My apologies, I realize now you said those are the text languages you see in game. Those wouldn't require language packs to appear.

Do you see any options besides English for audio languages? I understand the base issue is with text appearing in the wrong language, but knowing if language packs are installed...

Sometimes connectivity issues can occur due to an account issue. Can you reset your Ubisoft account password and unlink and relink your console account?

When you say you downloaded other players' games, do you mean their save games? Or something else?

As for language packs, any languages available in your game would appear in your options in game.
