I think you've misunderstood my post a bit, I said the boots issue the player has mentioned is a new one. The others are indeed known issues.

I've grouped these together based on the situation for each of them. Many thanks for taking the time to reach out to us.

-The merchants in francia can continuously sell the same tattoos, effectively making you spend silver for nothing if you don't realize.

- The mastery points stopped taking effect and stopped counting to power level (before dlc was around power level 475, got reset to power level == to every node in skill tree), and the levels are all messed up (completed every new skill tree, and the enemies I...
