Are you experiencing an issue purchasing the season 11 pass from the in-game store? If you are could you share with us any error messages you're seeing displayed please?

It is only available for purchase via the in-game store and not via the Microsoft/Xbox store. The same applies to all other platforms and their respective storefronts.

Thanks for letting us know. I'll pass this on that the issue seems to persist for some players and we do apologise for any inconvenience caused as a result of this issue whilst the team are working on a resolution.

I cannot see any other reports related to this specific item so I'm guessing this bug is a very rare occurrence or if it vanishes maybe it's happened to others and they just haven't noticed it.
