As the title states, that's what actually happens: I play for few minutes then audio goes off for roughly 20'' and then the games freezes at all.

Based on your description it sounds like you might have left queue just as you were about to be connected to a match. Unfortunately we're not able to adjust or remove temporary sanctions if they're implemented server side.
