Unfortunately we're not able to adjust MMR on an individual basis or remove temporary sanctions. However if you are experiencing regular connectivity issues then this is something we can look into for you, does this happen often or did this seem like a one off occurrence?

I can confirm that FractalJaguar's post above is indeed correct. There is no analogue acceleration in Trackmania games.
