I think you must have more than one account because there is no record of Rainbow Six: Siege on this account you've contacted us on. 2 step verification is active on this account but this isn't the account you're playing Siege. If you're not sure about your account details for the account you're playing Siege on then we'll be happy to help you recover those if you can open up a support ticket from this account, though

Hey YeetUS.DaZoRe! Welcome to the forums.

If you can navigate to the folder where you have Rainbow Six installed, once you've found the folder there will be a file labelled as an application "Rainbow Six Siege". If you can then left click the file to select and then right click this file, then go to "send to" and choose the "desktop" option. This will automatically create a desktop icon as a shortcut to your game. Hope this helps!

I think I can help you to resolve this issue.

This issue is caused by a corrupted local save and can often be resolved by replacing it with a new save file.

To remedy the issue, please follow these steps:
- Close the Uplay PC application down.
Please open your system tray by clicking the little arrow located to the right of your taskbar and check that the client is not running in the background.

- If you own the game on Uplay PC:
Navigate to C:\Program Files (x86)\Ubisoft\Ubisoft Game Launcher\savegames\\635 and copy the folder to your Desktop.
Once you have created a backup, delete the folder.

- If you own the game on Steam:
Navigate to C:\Program Files (x86)\Ubisoft\Ubisoft Game Launcher\savegames\\1843 and copy the folder to your Desktop.
Once you have created a backup, delete the folder.

- Start Uplay PC in administrator mode and disable the Cloud save options... Read more
