Support cases are automatically closed after 5 days of inactivity, no responses being received or sent on the case, which appears to be what's happening with your case. Hi there.

This error you're seeing is usually because you're launching the game whilst signed in to a Ubisoft account where the game hasn't been activated.

Are you aware of any other Ubisoft accounts you own? If so I would recommend signing in on those and trying again. When you're on the correct account you will no longer see this error.

If you're still experiencing connectivity issues please get back to us to let us know though I sincerely hope this was a one off issue. Unfortunately with regards to a stuck lobby there's nothing we can do to influence those once it's clear the game isn't going to continue due to technical limitations
