Hi @g3sw1_! Currently, Rainbow Six Siege does not support cross progression across platform families. Because of this, your PC progress will not transfer over to your Xbox and vice versa. I apologize for the confusion!

Hello @kradking! Sorry you are unable to progress in "A Cruel Destiny." Did you encounter anything odd during the cutscene for this mission? Any crashing? Could you also provide me with a video showing you are unable to open the gate? You can upload that video to your video hosting website of choice and provide me with the URL here.
