Hi @cmdr-q! We are not currently reporting any issues with the online services. First, I recommend trying these troubleshooting steps to see if this allows you to connect to the servers. Additionally, please try a clean reinstall of your game.

If neither of these allows you to connect, please tell us the exact error code you are getting so we can look into this further!

Hey there @flamewind11. I apologize you are unable to collect the codex page from Reda. Would you happen to have a video showing Reda not mentioning the page at all? Could you also run through these troubleshooting steps for our investigation? Additionally, please try reinstalling your game.
