Hey Fanho- welcome to the forums!

This error usually occurs when you either:

1. Do not meet the requirements
2. Need to update your GPU drivers

Please ensure your drivers are up to date, and get back to us if the issue persists!

Thanks for letting me know your specs!

The minimum GPU requirement is the 7870, so this might be causing the issue as well. Also, looking up your GPU I'm unsure if Vulkan is fully supported. as this site states that the 7730 and above would be required.

Hey MHMD952, welcome to the forums!

This is more of a driver issue, usually. Can you ensure you meet the system requirements, and that your GPU driver is up to date?

Okay, the next thing I would suggest is trying a different controller but I understand this may not be possible. I will relay this issue to the developers in case it is an issue on our end. Any updates will be posted in the forum!

We'd always advise that you have the game + your OS on the same drive. try this, and test again!

Hey there, I'm sorry this is happening! Please try deleting your settings file, which is located here:

%USERPROFILE%\Documents\My Games\Hyperscape\\GameSettings.ini

After this, please verify your files:

1. In Uplay, click on Games tab at the top of the window
2. On the next screen, hover over the game tile. This will make a little arrow appear at the bottom right of the tile
3. Click on this arrow to make a drop-down menu appear, then click on Verify files

The game should launch normally after this. If not, let us know!
