@pomelloscosceso Sorry for the inconvenience with this! We're currently investigating an issue where Ubisoft Connect is asking some players for a username and password each time they log in, and we're hoping to have this resolved as soon as possible.

@baslasag Thanks for your report about this! I understand trying to launch The Crew 2 on Connect is just launching the Steam page - is that correct?

In this case, it'd be useful for us to take a closer look at your account, so we can confirm which version you've got activated. We can't do that here on the forums, for data security reasons. Can I ask you to get in touch with our support agents, at the links below? Thanks for your insights on this one, @Humility925 ! We really appreciate it. In this case, there could be many reasons for this unusual error, so while we'd always suggest being vigilant against viruses by keeping antivirus software running and updated, and running a periodic scan of your whole computer with it, I don't think that's any more likely to be what's happening here. Verifying the files in Ubisoft Connect is what we'd recommend for checking if files are corrupted or altered. That said, thanks once again for your thoughts!

@unkinapostol Great to hear you've been doing Anno multiplayer! But really unfortunate you're having trouble loading a saved game. I'll be happy to help. Can you answer the questions below for me?

  • What happens when you try to load the saved game?
  • Do you get any error message?
  • Does the same thing happen for both yourself and your friend?
  • At what point are you trying to load the game? What steps did you take beforehand?
