Hey everyone, thanks for your posts about these issues.

It's great to hear the solution has already been found for the zoom distance. My apologies for the inconvenience of the setting having reset with the update.

In regards to influence calculations, this is something I've highlighted to our dev team. However, I'd like to add further reports to this, to help with our investigation. If you've noticed a discrepancy with your influence when loading a save together with the update, would you be able to get me a screenshot showing your influence without the update active, and then one with the update active? This would really help us to come to a resolution more quickly.

Thanks once again for your reports of all these issues, folks - it's really helping us to get things sorted more quickly.

For the zooming issue, are you able to check the keybinds to make sure they have not changed? Even if they have not, please try manually assigning a different key to zoom out, and see if that allows you to zoom, for testing purposes. Does that different key work?

Please also check the 'Increased Camera Distance' option is active in Gameplay Settings, as this may have reverted with the update.

In regards to your saves, that's very unusual that they are gone. Are the saved games gone entirely from...

@mrdragonfyr Thanks for your post about this, Dragonfyr. Just to make sure I understand, when you use the demolish tool, and then unselect the tool, it'd usually revert to the previously-used selection - but now it isn't - is that correct?

Does this only happen when laying field, or with other items, too?
And is this behaviour something you've noticed only recently, since the update, or has it always happened this way when laying field?

Indeed, if anyone finds the lighting different post-update, please double-check your 'Lighting Quality' option in the graphics settings - this may have reverted in the update. If the issue persists, let me know, and I'll have some other troubleshooting steps we can try instead 😎

Fair point, @efritoo , very fair point! I understand it would make sense for the effect to be nerfed somehow while production is slowed down due to a lack of artisans, and I've passed on your comments to our devs to investigate this further.

Hey @midascicero , welcome to the forums, and thanks very much for bringing this to our attention.

I understand ships are not automatically continuing their trade route after stopping at the harbour, which is most unusual. I'd like to go ahead and report this to our devs to investigate further. Do you have means to record a short video showing how the ships stop, and that you need to restart them? This would really aid our investigation.

Alternatively, some screenshots showing the actions you need to take to get them moving again would also be useful.

You should be able to see the worker themselves on the land, and when you click them, the dialogue option should then appear. Are you able to have another look for them? If that still doesn't work, let me know, and I'll report the issue to our developers as a potential bug. Thanks 😎

Thanks very much for getting this report across to us, @rosdinkgreve - I can see from your screenshot that there's an issue with your influence points there, and I've reported this to our dev team to investigate.

I'll note that you've got a save file available if we need it, and we'll let you know if we do. In the meantime, would you be able to send me us an additional screenshot showing the game without the update, with the 300 influence?

Hey @bendefo , thanks for passing this suggestion across to us.

I can certainly understand that this would be a useful thing for us to do. However, we're not able to make changes to save game files. Instead, we're continuing to work on this issue to find a more permanent solution as soon as we can.

I hope you'll be able to have some enjoyable games in the meantime, even with this inconvenience. Let me know if you've got any other questions.
