Hi TarioSuigi, sorry you've had issues using the Ubisoft Store.

We've not had any reported issues, fortunately. I'd recommend running through our connectivity troubleshooting guide, as this fixes most issues with our services.

If that doesn't help, it'd be great if you could describe the issues you are having - what happens when you try to use the store? If it'd help explain, you could also take some screenshots.

It can take up to 48 hours from when the campaign ends, rather than from when they are claimed, so you should receive them shortly You can see when the campaign ends on this page, where it tells us the current drops campaign ends tomorrow.

Hi CarolinaReaper4 and rusted_f0rk, thanks for reporting this here on the forums.

It's not something we've come across, so I'd like to investigate further. Can you answer the questions below, to help us narrow this down?

• To be sure I understand: you take out all the enemies at a control point, begin defending, some enemies spawn, but eventually stop spawning while the control point remains untaken, leaving the only option as leaving the control point - is that correct?
@CarolinaReaper4, did you find this was happening at all CPs, or just specific ones?
• Can either of you get a video across to us showing us this issue?

Hi Nate_X_X, thanks for updating us with your findings, and for your patience with our questions.

When you say that it's now non-functional at all, do you mean the push-to-talk setting can now no longer be used, on any key, unless you alt-tab out and in?

I've passed everything on to our devs, so they'll be looking to get this resolved. In the meantime, I'd recommend keeping an eye on the News & Announcements forum for upcoming patches and the fixes they'll contain.

Hi xnti.xls, we've got a connectivity troubleshooting guide that explains which ports need to be forwarded, here.

However, as the guide says, it's best to reach out to your ISP for help with forwarding ports or enabling UPnP, as all routers are different, so they are in the best position to help. Get back in touch with us if following the steps in the guide does not help.

Hey Lungenkrebs99, and welcome to the forums These freezes sound frustrating, so I'll be happy to help with that.

Have you tried our basic troubleshooting steps? In particular, you'll want to make sure you update your graphics drivers and OS, and disable background programs, but the other steps are useful also.

If Captain Tobias has a lot to trade, he can take a long time. Can I ask you to tell me how long you've waited for, with fast forward on? If possible, it'd be fantastic to have a video showing that he is stuck, to help with our investigations.

Hi Falkthorn, thanks for reaching out on the forums about this.

As far as I can see, this was fixed in December 2019, with update 6. However, it can take a little while for Ubisoft Connect to sync up with the game and show the challenge as completed. As such, please make sure you're running the latest update, and make sure to wait a bit after completing the mission.

Let me know if it still doesn't unlock, and I'll be happy to investigate further

Thanks for relaying that to us, Rounoush1. Hopefully this latest Windows update will solve the issues reported with DirectX 12.
