Check out our State of the Game yesterday (it’s in News and Announcements), there is a guide on how to report performance issues you're experiencing and what data we’re looking for. The more information we have to tackle a problem, the better. 🙂
Title is self explanatory. I was really excited when ToE was finally announced and thought it was a cool idea for a plane. I really don't think it was a great idea to make it a one-set thing, however, as it makes it feel like a throw-away and quickly abandons a lot of the new themes and mechanics that got introduced. We had 3 sets in Ravnica and have so thoroughly explored that plane at this point that I hope we don't go back for 10 years (I love Ravnica...but it's stale now). Eldraine was something fresh and brand new and it doesn't feel like we're going to get a chance to really explore it properly. None of the stories or world-building is really even getting a chance to become a solid part of the MTG universe.Read more
I know we've done this before with places like Amonkhet and Dominaria, and though I don't like the puddle-jumping from set to set in general, at least those planes were already known quantities. Eldraine is brand new and the...
Please contact our support team so they can look into the instance further, and help troubleshoot. The more data we have to look into something the better.

@BillyCrusher#58778:Until they fix a problem with disabling styles, the fewer cards get styles, the better.
That's exactly what I wanted to say. Please, have mercy on us with those forced (and fugly) card styles that we have to disable every time.
I've made ticket in support about this issue at least twice (may be more) and post on old forum in feedback section. They promised to address issue but still no go.
[[58194,users]]: could you help with it, please? I don't think it require too many resources.
What problem are you experiencing? When making a deck, you can disable the card styles. When you save the deck they'll turn off.
It seems the in-game store doesn't show up until you complete the tutorial.
When I click on the link in the e-mail, it opens a web page with a field to input the code for about 1 second, then it switches to the home page of the MTG web site. I don't know why it does that.
You can skip the tutorial in the settings menu!
I have passed on everyone's "thank you" messages to the dev team. Thank YOU for being patient, everyone.
That is very odd. Please let our team know !
Psssst... Game updated today! Please let me know if you run into that pesky Unity crash again.
So customer support answers tickets in the order they are received, so yes, it does take a bit for them to get back to people sometimes. Submitting multiple tickets does not speed up the process (it does the opposite). If your ticket is not answered within a week, please reply to the initial email saying "Hey, I'd love an update on this!" I believe the email you receive says that.
DM me your initial ticket number, and I'll ask support to look into it.
If it was a printing error then it is a big one, because both of my prerelease codes say the same thing, as does a friends. In the bottom right it literally says "limit five codes per account". I get that it may be one code per account but that is not at all what these cards say and I find that pretty misleading.
Correct. Unfortunately it was a printing mix up. The prerelease codes are one per account, not five.
You may have encountered a printing error, sorry about that! Prerelease codes are indeed one per account.
Ye olde Shuffler Megathread

But yeah, the above link seems to be the “rigged matchmaking” megathread, but it’s relatively new.
^ This is the megathread.
The cards being highlighted when you mouse over them is not a bug.
So we wish following changes:
- Seperate Emotes from Pets
- option to global disable opponents pets
- Restrict clicks on pets (own and opponents) to avoid auto-clicker-tools, that try to crash the opponent
Separate emotes from pets? I'll pass along the feedback. Disable opponents pets? Already can do that, disable emotes and you won't see your opponent interact. Restrict clicks? Already implemented. :sunglasses:
