Thanks, everyone. We're continuing to investigate and will let you know if we need any other information.

Did anyone receive a message referencing a skill point respec when you first logged in after the patch today?
Comment
Thanks for the information, everyone. Just wanted to confirm we are aware of this issue and are currently testing a fix for it.
Comment
Hi everyone, we're working on tracking what happened with this. To be clear, the fix only prevented from the skill from resetting and wouldn't have re-morphed your previously morphed skill.

As far as the missing skill point issue, if you are still missing skill points, please let us know your affected character, UserID, and if you play on NA or EU to aid in our investigation. Thank you!

For visibility, we are working on fixing some other crashes; we just didn't have the fixes ready for today's patch.

The Elder Scrolls Online v6.2.6 fixes a number of issues from Update 28 launch including unresponsive Light Attack weaving, the missing leaderboard for Vateshran Hollows, some achievements that could not be obtained, missing UI elements from teammates in Battlegrounds, some vendor recipes that couldn’t be purchased, a few game crashes, and more.

Thanks to everyone for your patience while we fixed these issues, and we are continuing to fix other remaining bugs. The size of this patch is approximately 89MB.

I would assume they would be, but I would go in with a moderate amount of trepidation when questing.

Also it's not just werewolves from before the patch, they also affect fresh ones too according to what I was seeing in zone the last few days. Soul Trap and Crit Surge are also affected, so be wary of those as well.

Good luck. I hate that I have to say it, just because I know you guys are going to need it.

What's this about soul trap and (especially)crit surge? And is there anything I need to be wary of to prevent it?

The skills revert back to their base-morphs. If you haven't morphed them, there's also a chance that they can become reverted back to their base morph. So pretty much just avoid morphing/remorphing those s...

Apologies for the confusion, all. There was an error on our end while in maintenance but should be remedied now, and you may find you have been disconnected. We are still in maintenance and your accounts/characters should be good to go once we open.

We were able to get some of the hotfixes from PC included in today's console update, but some (including the Light Attack weaving issue) will be present. We have a list of known issues included in the patch notes, which will be published soon.

Just posted this in the main thread, but wanted to cross-post to ensure it's seen and can be discussed here.

First, we wanted to thank you all again for participating in Cyrodiil the last couple months while we held the various tests with AoE abilities. We know it was challenging to play at times, but running these tests on a live environment was the best way for us to test various hypotheses.

In reviewing the data for all the different tests, we did see some marked improvements in performance – on average, there was approximately a 25% reduction in the magnitude of server frame spikes and a slight reduction in the frequency of those spikes. While these improvements look good on a spreadsheet, they do not have a significant enough impact on improving the overall player experience. As a result, we will not be making any major changes at this time.

That said, there were a few elements from the various tests that we’ve decided to enable for both PC and console ... Read more
