Hello CMDR, most commonly this is a misalignment, where your nose will be tilted too high/low so your landing gear isn't flush with the surface. Try this out and if the issue persists message us at https://customersupport.frontier.co.uk/hc/en-us/requests/new

Hi there! The issue that you're experiencing with these packs is actually a bug that arose with the release of Update 13. The following packs can currently only be equipped to the Horizons flight suit, but they are supposed to work with the Odyssey suits too;

• Turncoat pack

• Scoundrel pack

• Wanderer pack

• Desperado pack

• Rogue pack

• Outlander pack

Our development team are actively investigating this issue and we hope to have a fix soon.

It's likely that this issue will be resolved with our next update, unless it's able to be resolved sooner without the need for an update.

We appreciate your patience whilst this is looked into :)
