Hi there,

I'm sorry to hear you've run into an issue there.

This is a problem that QA are aware of and are currently investigating - we do not have an ETA on a resolution at present but the team aim to resolve the matter as soon as able.

The issue is caused by attempts to access an impounded ship. In the meantime, one work-around is to switch to another ship, and head to that detention centre to pay those fees and release the impounded ship.

If you wish to transfer your total net worth only, then I'd recommend that you read through this FAQ here and send us a support ticket.

If you'd like to copy your full CMDR over to the PC, then you may have to wait until September as others have pointed out as the console transfer service is currently under development.

Hi there! You can use the same Frontier account that you've got linked to your PS account on Steam (it won't have your PS saved data), but you'll need to ensure that you've linked to Steam. Once you're linked, you'll need to use the STEAM LOG IN button on the launcher. Hi there! The “can’t connect to Frontier servers” error message is almost always the result of common networking problems you’ve likely encountered before: a weak or intermittent WIFI signal, the wrong network adapter being utilised, or a router that needs restarting.

Please do try:

  1. Using a wired connection

  2. Opening the Network menu from the main menu Options, selecting the Network Adapter box and ensuring the correct network adapter is being used (important if you have multiple adapters or use a VPN)

  3. Restarting your router
