Support is mega fast - they work directly with the dev team on issues. We've optimized our development to make sure that when the support team flags an issue, we're on it. It's why for example we get you to log in to be able to message the support team. We then can look at your match history, replays of your fights, chat, etc, so we have loads context and tools to be able to chase down issues, all from the single message.

Reddit is just about the slowest way sadly.

You're falling back on logic fallacies to defend yourself. I'm not trying to put you on the defensive here. I've told you exactly how to get what you want. If you want acknowledgement, Send Support A Message. They have the tools to track issues, and will respond to legit complaints. I also said I don't know what you are trying to report because the post was deleted before I got here. I don't know what your in game name is so I can't even look at the bug reports. You're going to need to change your tactics if you want to help get this resolved.

Since the post has been removed, I only saw someone ping me saying that we're being threatened with a exploit release, but I don't know what you're talking about. That's really not helpful and dismisses the challenge of making and deploying a cross platform MMO. That behaviour only makes us less likely to talk transparently with you.
