They don’t have a very... obvious... network presence. Can you DM me your IP address and I’ll see what we can track down.

I live in Denver and never have less than 45 ping when I queue in Valorant.

I have gig fiber with like 5 m/s ping to Denver, and typically Chicago and Dallas are both sub 30 ms.

When I play with my east coast friends we end up on VA servers and I have like 80+ ping, when in CS I can play VA servers with probably 35 to 40 ping.

I opened a ticket about it and the tech eventually just told me that my ISP needed to peer with Riot direct.

Obviously directly peering with another network will improve routing decisions and latency, but I don't have to f**king peer with any networks to play any other game and have amazing ping, so that seems like a bullshit cop out to me.

It's honestly pretty frustrating. Admittedly 45 ping isn't terrible, but playing with friends and getting 80, 90, or 100+ is kind of stupid.

Plus, I've already confirmed in many cases that I can flip on a VPN(I use PIA) and see lower pings. The issue is it isn't totally consi...

DM me your IP address and ISP details and I will see what we can do. Some ISPs are hard to get responses out of for our peering team. Have you also tried contacting your ISP support about performance to Valorant?

I think I have a decent solution, how about allow us to see our pings before entering the game in agent select, so we can opt not to push through if ever the ping is high on the lowest ping server possible at that time 🤔

You can sort of do this now, open a Custom lobby and you can see your ping to all of the game server locations.

Almost 99% of all matches are Turkish only - either voice or chat - toxicity at max, when you're the only English speaking person in the whole match (it's like 1vs9 all the time).

Enough is enough! Whose "brilliant" idea was it to put together 4 regions (EU, TR, RU, Middle East, etc.) with such huge communication barriers and issues on just one server?

I would gladly sacrifice and play with 40 ms (Frankfurt 1 and 2), but with at least English speakers, than right now with 24 ms, but not understanding a single word and getting reported just for being the only non-turkish speaker in the whole match.

Hey friend, it was probably my "brilliant" idea. I'll DM you to get more info and understand why you're ending up on Istanbul.
