Regrettably, accounts with access through shared Steam library are not eligible for the beta rewards.
As for the Vermintide 2 cosmetics, I’m not sure off the bat, but it’s possible this is the case. I’ll query this internally and we’ll look into it. Thanks!

@exodus1337, I share your frustration! Both of these crashes are GPU Hangs. These are our most widely experienced crashes right now and are top priority for us.

Thanks for checking! This isolates the issue to your network. Regrettably, in this situation there isn’t anything further we are able to do. I recommend contacting your ISP and explaining the situation, as they will be better suited to assist.
