Yes I believe so, I’m looking into the notes further to confirm if it’s just veteran or more. Hang tight.
Edit: Seems all instances have been fixed, and there was much rejoicing!

Can you try disabling your anti-virus as well as your firewall.
Dont launch the exe directly. You need to go through the launcher or it will fail anyway.
Can you also provide your darktide launcher logs
Upload darktide_launcher.log:
Just looping back around: Yes, it looks like the veteran toughness issue will be addressed next patch.
Hi @Epitaph,
Do you have the Steam Overlay disabled? If so, can you please try enabling this.
This appears to be affecting players from various regions. We’re looking into why this is happening.
Apologies for any inconvenience in the mean time!
For anyone that may still encounter installation issues after trying all of the solutions in the article linked above, I would recommend contacting Steam Support, as they handle content delivery:

Patch 1.0.12 is released on the live branch.
Thank you both for taking the time to run through this. Admittedly I had no idea it was so convoluted to change language in Game Pass - I’ll raise this with our developers.
Please check this out: Language change on Game Pass
Please reinstall the Visual C++ 2019 Redistributables:
It sounds like this is a persistent data corruption issue. Please see: https://support.fatshark.se/hc/en-us/articles/360021425793--PC-How-to-Resolve-Data-Corruption-Errors
It’s likely not defined yet, those are things that come right at the end after a bunch of testing.
Sounds like a buffer overflow issue. It’s possible we won’t be able to do much about this but I’ll mention it to our developers nonetheless.
It is actually unintended that there is a 760p option in the launcher, which is understandably confusing. This option will be removed in a later update, apologies.
We understand that for a very short period a visual asset on the store page erroneously showed 2,5000 Aquilas being included, as opposed to the intended 2,500 Aquilas. The store page and in the bundle information did correctly refer to the included currency to be the intended 2,500 Aquilas. This was corrected the moment it was brought to our attention, our apologies for the confusion there.
We did up the earned materials for successful runs in the update yesterday, but it’s relatively simple to further adjust without a patch so continue to feedback on those values if they feel horrible.
But ultimately you’ve captured the spirit of the Shrine quite aptly. I know people lament no boxes like there were V2, but the goal is to reward people with currencies they can then use to buy items from the store that they want. It is a problem that at the moment finding the right one in the store is a bit like a lottery, and we are working to adjust that.
This should now be resolved.
