Read moreWith the release of the pre-expansion content update and Warbands, you’ll notice a difference in the character screen that will affect how you use Character Transfers, Level Boosts, Race Changes, and Faction Changes on your characters.
As the character selection screen shows all characters on the Battle.net account in one convenient location, some may show up as “gray” in the listing and are not available to select to use a Character Service on. To use a service for that character, you will need to select the realm that the character is from first by clicking on the “Realm” selection at the top of the screen and then apply the service to that character.
You can also hover your mouse cursor over a character listed on the right side of the screen to see additional information including the realm it is currently on.

This is correct. If you’ve completed the Harbinger questline, the quest should trigger, but you can take part in the pre-expansion event in any state at level 10 and above.
The War Within™ is almost upon us and with it, a new season will begin with new dungeons, new rewards, and new challenges.

We’re making some improvements to the User Interface and to quest icons in The War Within™ that will help navigate your adventures even better— including a new arachnophobia filter!
Players can open the map (Hotkey M) to view a new map key that has been added, letting you quickly and easily identify various types of quests and content.
We’ve just deployed a new Beta build intended to resolve some issues Mac testers have encountered.

This is a known issue in the Beta. Players can lose the ability to interact with objects, and a logout only straightens it out some of the time.
We’re working to resolve this in our next Beta build.

We’ve had a bug with Drained of Blood in BRM for the last day or two, however, we just applied a hotfix that should restore it as we expected it to work.
We’ll keep a close eye on this today.
We’re continuing to work on this. Players are seeing authentic behavior here, but our goal is to get Bolvar to respawn a bit faster when this event has been initiated.
Due to unexpected technical difficulties, we have not yet been able to resolve login and stability issues in the Beta.

Read moreWe identified an issue that caused Antique Bronze Bullion to become discontinued early unintentionally. Bullions will begin dropping again with the next weekly reset, allowing players to get the one they would have missed (the 13th) as catch-up, alongside the regular 14th Bullion. After this reset, Bullion will continue to drop each week until the War Within launches.
