When you say it’s bugged, I need the following information:

• Is Bolvar present or missing? If Bolvar is missing, then the event will stall. While exceptionally frustrating, this is technically not a bug, as it is accurate to Vanilla, even with his long respawn timer.
• Where did it stall? Is Prestor a dragon or still a human? Is Reginald still standing is he dying?

Season of Discovery

• Activities involving Reginald Windsor event in Stormwind Keep should now complete more reliably when Highlord Bolvar Fordragon, Lady Katrana Prestor, and Reginald Windsor are all alive.
• Hellscream’s Phantom should now respawn after an unsuccessful attempt.
• Fixed some ring engravings so that all the benefitting classes can learn them:
  • Arcane Specialization: Now learnable by Druid and Hunter (was only Mage).
  • Defense: Now learnable by Rogue, Warlock, Warrior, Paladin, and Shaman (was only Druid).
  • Frost: Now learnable by Hunter (was only Mage).
• The correct version of Necromantic Band now drops from the Death Knight Darkreaver in Scholomance.
• The Ashenvale quests “Clear the Forest!” and “Repelling Invaders” have been scaled to level 60.
• Fixed the health and damage of creatures inside Alterac Valley Battleground so that...

WoW Classic Era and Hardcore

• Fixed an issue preventing certain dungeon upgrade quests from being able to be accepted from Deliana in Ironforge and Mokvar in Orgrimmar.

Hey all, we have a tentative fix coming soon. However, as a heads up, we do need to despawn all of the NPCs involved, which will mean that Bolvar will likely be gone for a few hours until he respawns.

Hello everyone! We’ve got some more delve news.

We’ve activated Season 1 of Delves on our Alleria and Khadgar realms. This means players can begin to access tiers 4 and up naturally to experience our seasonal progression. It also means the Great Vault is activated for players to see our new World slot! Xekvir’s lair is still planned to only be accessible when the season goes live after the expansion launches.

Cataclysm Classic

• Tabard of Flame item will no longer destroy itself on login. The transmog is available via the appearances tab in collections, and the item itself is available via purchase from Landro Longshot in Booty Bay.
• Fixed multiple spells so that they now log properly and can be detected by addon authors and third-party web sites.
• Titan Rune Dungeons have been updated to allow for a single player to activate any of the three difficulties.
• The Lil’ Deathwing pet now appears as expected in the Collections UI for players who previously added the Cataclysm Collector’s Edition to their account.

Season of Discovery

• The 6-hour wait between applications of Rallying Cry of the Dragonslayer and Warchief's Blessing has been reduced to 1 minute.
• Fixed an issue with the Rolling Thunder rune where it only worked if you also had the Shield Mastery rune equipped. That requirement was accidental and is now removed.
• Alchemists specialized in Mixology and Transmutation will now always get at least 1 extra resource produced by their specialized recipes. The maximum received from a single recipe is still 4.
• Main Gauche will now always apply its discount to Sinister Strike, even if the ability does not land. Both of Main Gauche's buffs will now be removed when the rune is removed.
• All non-Elite, non-Boss enemies in Nightmare Incursions now have health and damage values the same as a standard creature of their level. Previously, most had 50% more damage and health. ...
