Not all nodes give mastery, it is mostly the original star chart nodes that do.

Deimos is a combination of converted Derelict Keys and nodes locked behind a quest, so none of these give mastery.

We are fixing those in the negative Platinum balance - hang tight!

can you relog now and let me know if your items/balances are restored?

All should work, "Quests" or "Technical" would fit the best.

We're aware of this issue but the fix sadly requires Code changes.

If you are affected, please send a Support ticket and put something like "Please remove me from The New War" in the title.

This issue comes up from time to time but we haven't been able to get a solid repro for it yet. Do you recall if there was anything that stood out prior to this happening?

Like maybe a Host Migration, you getting downed or something like that?

Best guess would be that you received the inbox with the quest key after Lotus Eaters but somehow deleted the mail before getting the key from it.

What's your account name? I'll have a quick look at what's going on.
