As far as I'm aware, no one is actually making snake collars as a product. Does the matchmaking patent exist? Yes. Are we using it for WoWs? No.
In previous iterations the battery usage would stop or regen at 1/4 speed. We moved to a more direct "Underwater = Use Depth Time" model as it's more consistent for players.

I can assure you that the Random Battles matchmaking has no regard whatsoever for player skill, win streaks, or loss streaks. The primary concern of the matchmaker is getting players into matches quickly; something like what you are describing would be a huge burden on that.
The official/formal stance is always that we can't say anything about collabs until they are announced :(

This is a notice to all players that CS Tickets are very important, and please do not assume that others have done so before.
In the future, when the issues are egregious, please make a CS Ticket and then message myself or one of the other Community Managers to let us know about the situation.
