I'm not sure if you tried adding a video or image, but it's not seeming to load. Could you provide a link to a video showing the issue please?

@twissey Thanks for updating us and letting us know you reinstalled the game as well. Just to test something, are you able to try on a previous save to see if the bar still stays stuck on about 90%?

The dedicated teams have been looking into your report further, and they'd like to know if you're able to use the abilities with the bar that does not fully fill or not. For instance, can you use the Power of Muspelheim twice, or can you only use it once due to the second Hugr bar not filling up?
