I understand that the announcement about the free weekly item was unclear as to when the offer starts in our patch notes.
To confirm - just as @iChaosPaladin mentioned, it will be available from next Tuesday 14:00 UTC and will then continue to reset at the same time each week. You can find a Twitter announcement about this here:
