Whatever the new commercial goods are, I hope that they are added on top of current needs, as I'm all for complexity. So that the needs go above the current 8 items.

Last time we got a teaser like this (Chemical Factory) we got another teaser two weeks later (Hotel) and a DevBlog another week after that, with the release a total of 4 weeks after the first Factory teaser.
My guess is we get a release on the 14th of September.

I honestly wouldn't call that a summer release. If I was the community manager I'd say expect it in Fall and then release earlier and everyone would be like "oh nice they made it earlier than they said they would cool". Expectations
While that can be a nice trick, we'd rather communicate the actual timeframe.
Keep in mind, we planned the releases at the very beginning of the year and wanted to give you a rough idea of when each DLC is releasing.
