Every day for 2 weeks. So you can get up to 14 free levels. Then, there’s double XP weekend which is ADDITIONAL XP on top of the above bonus for account and battle pass levels.

Good news, it's a separate playlist that becomes available to you after you place Top 5 in a match. You can still choose to play in the regular playlist if you want.
Is there a reward for using the Elite Queue? Seems to be nothing more than a self imposed method of decreasing your odds of success.
It wasn't mentioned in the post but there is a badge that tracks your best "Elite Streak" which is the number of Elite Top 5s in a row.
I was wondering last Double XP event. Why is it 10 am? Why not midnight? Or noon? I was able to get all 3 days last time, just curious what made you choose 10 am?
Its 10am because its the beginning of our work day and we are all in office to make sure deploy goes according to plan..

Yes, they are additional rewards for any that bought the Season 1 battle pass and yes, you get them retroactively if you've completed the first 15 levels.
