Hi there! Depending on which particular Pre-Order Pack you just purchased, you will have access to the Alpha Two phase of testing or beyond. Hi there! As was mentioned above, while we haven't shared detailed specifics on those particular pre-order packs, some rough numbers may have been discussed in previous live streams or interviews (or in the case of Kickstarter packs for example, you can still see those backer details directly on the Kickstarter page).

Hiya! As some other folks have mentioned above, previously we've stated that summoners can summon up to 3 summons. You can check out more on where we've shared details in the helpful community-run wiki here: https://ashesofcreation.wiki/Summoner

That being said, I would also recommend keeping an eye out for more details on archetype and class-specific skills as we get closer to testing those!

Hi there - some other folks have suggested this on Discord and our forums before, where the only truly "safe place" for your goods at any time may end up being on an alt that's logged off, based on how current storage mechanisms have been described. That being said, it wouldn't necessarily even need to be alts on separate accounts, if perhaps you were able to store items from your main character that you then logged in and grabbed from your alternate character.

Whether or not this ends up playing out as described, or if it ends up being adjusted based on diverting intended storage mechanisms, will all be something we have you provide feedback on in upcoming testing that utilizes those systems!

Hey there! I would definitely recommend keeping an eye on your email inbox (and your Spam/Junk folders just in case) in the coming week or so as we lead up to testing, as we'll be sending you all the details you need to know! For this phase of testing since it'll be a larger group of participants, at the moment we plan to have the NDA built directly into the client for you to review and accept.

Hi there! If I'm understanding your issue here correctly, you don't always receive that exact same error based on entering an incorrect username or password - only in certain instances. In particular, it sounds like you tried to enter your email address (which is both too long and contains special characters, neither of which are allowed for usernames), so you received the message regarding length and complexity requirements. If you were to just enter a username and/or password that were invalid, you receive the error message "invalid username or password".

I can understand how that may be a bit confusing based on the error message it provides seeming like it may be talking about your password when it's likely referring to your username (in this case, the fact that you're trying to enter your email address vs. your username), so I'll be sure to share that feedback with the team!

Hi there - while I believe previously we may have mentioned the possibility of additional support for languages like Italian, Polish, and Spanish in the future, at the moment we're primarily focusing on localizing in English, French, German and Russian.
