Hi there! I'm sorry to hear it sounds like you're having difficulty logging into the forums from your phone - to confirm, which browser in particular are you using on your S8 to try to log in? I have a similar phone (Galaxy S9) and was just able to successfully authorize and log in through the SSO using Chrome.

Any additional details you could provide, such as screenshots of the error you receive or the process/steps you take to log in (including where you select to "log in" from), would be helpful to our team investigating this further!

When you upgrade your Kickstarter or Summer package from one level to the next, you will receive all of the items that were originally included in those package levels, based on when you first backed the game: https://ashesofcreation.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360026015734-What-is-included-with-my-Kickstarter-Summer-Package-. The exclusivity mentioned on those items just means that they're only available to those folks who originally had those particular packages, and won't become available to others in the future.

Hi there! You are welcome to dress up your pumpkin picture space to help set the scene or show off your creativity, but it won't actually count towards the judging of your pumpkin! Only your glorious gourd itself will be taken into consideration for final judging. While we mentioned on the stream that we appreciated the scenery around the winning entries last year, we judged based on the same approach - only the pumpkin itself was evaluated to choose a winner. In terms of disqualification, as long as the requirements are met for what your picture should include, you'll be good to go!
